2011 was a really great year for us and although we are still growing in this big world that is MMA we feel now that we have a really strong and well established base to build on this coming year. The art began with mitsuyo  Maeda (aka Conde Koma, or Count Coma in English), a member of the then-recently-founded Kodokan. Hi guys thought since I've told you all about the new blog I best get blogging! A little illness has slowed me down but should have the hang of it over the next week or so!
